The High Wycombe Amateur Football Club is seeking a Colts coach for the 2021 Season 

Willing  to take on an exciting new challenge for our Club in the Perth Football League “C2” Grade.

Your new journey in your football pathway will start with a proud Club, continually striving for success, that is strongly supported by a well organised experienced Commitee  and Senior Coaching Staff.

The Successful applicant must work directly with the Senior Side Coach, adopt and implement there Game Plan and Structure.

Successful applicants will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• Develop the skills, physical attributes, football knowledge, personal growth and self-esteem of all players
• Acknowledgement of the Club culture will be key to this role and you will be expected to develop, deliver and manage a programme to optimise performance both in terms of preparation and playing.
• You will need to demonstrate an appreciation of the core values of the Club including respect, discipline, enjoyment and participation.

Colts Coach;
 

Essential - 

• Level 1 AFL Coaching accreditation
• Desirable – Obtained or working towards Level 2 Accreditation
• Exceptional Communication Skills,
• Past Experience in Senior Coaching Role,
• Able to Develop and Guide Young Adults to progress through there football journey
• Able to Liase,Represent and Promote the Colts through Junior and WAFL Pathways.
