Kalamunda & Districts Football Club seeks applicants for the following coaching positions for the 2021 season:

• League
• Reserves
• Colts
• Thirds
• Womens

The 2021 season for the KDFC Cougars looks to be an exciting one as we come off a 2020 colts premiership and continue to develop our young playing group for future success. Key accountabilities of these coaching roles are:

• Minimum Level 1 Coaching Accreditation (or be working towards)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to attract players and sponsors
• Ability to develop and implement a pre-season and general season program
• Communicate strongly with the playing group, football department and club executive
• Commitment to driving a club first culture across the entire playing group
