LEAGUE HEAD COACH
Cockburn Lakes Football Club is seeking applications for the position of League Head Coach for the 2027 Perth Football League season.
With a proud history spanning more than 45 years, 15 premierships, strong junior pathways and a passionate football community, the Warriors are focused on building a sustainable program capable of competing for premiership success at the highest level.
The club enters 2027 with clear ambitions to continue strengthening our football program, develop leadership throughout our playing group, and position ourselves as a genuine premiership contender.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the League playing group.
- Establish and drive a high-performance football environment.
- Develop and execute match day and training strategies.
- Mentor assistant coaches and emerging leaders.
- Foster strong alignment across League, Reserves, Colts and Thirds.
- Support the recruitment and retention of quality players.

This position plays a critical role in bridging the development pathway between Colts football and senior League football while building depth across the club.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach and lead the Reserves playing group.
