Lodge an NOI with Video Footage
This form should only be completed if accessible video footage is available on the Hudl platform for the PFL Match Review Panel to review. Forms must be submitted by 9:00am on the Monday following the match.
Lodge an NOI without Video Footage
Please ensure your $500 bond is paid to the Perth Football League when lodging your Notice of Intention (NOI). Forms and payment must be received by 9:00am on the Monday following the match. You will receive a confirmation email once your submission has been successfully received.
Club members may be required to complete these courses as part of their return-to-play requirements. Once they have completed a course, they must email a screenshot of their course completion page to footy@perthfootball.com.au for verification.
