Cockburn Lakes Appoint Club Stalwart to Head Position

The Cockburn Lakes Football Club has finalised their coaching appointments for the upcoming 2011 season turning to five time premiership player Colin Van Raalte to lead the league side.

Van Raalte has coached multiple grades for the past 12 years and is held in high esteem for his disciplined demeanour, coaching values, strategies as well as his player management.

Warren Mosconi has been appointed to coach the reserves next season after his development work coaching the colts in 2010. On Thursday the 9th December the club will be holding a “Meet the Coaches” evening where a pre-season program will be outlined followed by a Christmas BBQ for new and current players from 5L30pm onwards.

The President and Committee of the Cockburn Lakes Football Club would like to thank out-going coaches David Bushell and Jeff Morris for their efforts and dedication on and off the field in 2010.
