Integrated Football Season Kicks Off

The Perth Football League Integrated Football Competition kicks off this Saturday 13 April.

Reigning premiers Coolbinia begin their premiership defence against Wembley at Pat Goodridge Reserve. The falcons have added extra strength to their midfield with State player Alex Seymour moving to Coolbinia in 2019.

Willetton come up against last year’s minor premiers Kingsway at Kingsway Reserve. In just their first year in the competition last season Willetton managed four wins for the year. The blues have added strength to their side with 2015 State player Aaron Richards and 2018 State player Trent Fleming joining from Fremantle CBC.

Newly joined side the Mandurah Mustangs have a tough first fixture as they face last year’s Grand Finalists High Wycombe at Scott Reserve. It’s a match that will spark interest from the rest of the competition who will be interested to see what Mandurah can do in their first year.

A double header at Dick Lawrence Oval sees Fremantle CBC Gold taking on North Beach at 2.00pm while Fremantle Green take on Warnbro Swans at 3.30pm. The two Fremantle CBC sides finished strong in 2018 with CBC Green making the finals while CBC Gold just missed out finishing in fifth position.
