Mt Lawley and Kalamunda join forces to Sockit2MND

The Mount Lawley Hawks and the Kalamunda Cougars are joining forces in 2019 to raise funds for the very worthy Fight MND Foundation. This Saturday in Round 9 will see the Mt Lawley Hawks host the Kalamunda Cougars at Hamer Park, where the League and Reserves teams from both clubs will take to the field wearing the Sockit2MND socks for the day.

Players are asked to provide a donation on the day towards the cost of the socks and to kickstart the day’s donations to the Fight MND Foundation.

Mount Lawley are also hosting their Annual Quiz Night that evening, and will be making a further donation to the MND Foundation from the event.

Both Football Clubs and Committees are excited to support the Fight MND Foundation in 2019, and plan to make it an annual event, with the aim being to grow this event bigger and better each year.
