Notice of Annual General Meeting

In accordance with the Rules of the WA Amateur Football League, notice is given to members that the AGM will be conducted:

DATE: Saturday 23rd February 2013

VENUE: Department of Sport and Recreation, Vincent Street Leederville

TIME
: Commencing 9.00am

Call for Board nominations
The President and two Board positions expire at the AGM which nominations are now called for.

To be eligible for election to membership of the Board, including President, a candidate must be nominated by a member in writing and signed by-
(a) the nominator; and
(b) the nominee to signify their willingness to stand for election.

Board members are eligible for re-election.

Nominations close with the WAAFL 5pm Friday 25th January 2013.

Pre-Season Workshop
A Pre-Season Workshop will be conducted on the same day as the AGM from 9.45am till 2pm.

Various sessions will be conducted throughout the day for Presidents, Secretaries, Treasurers, Coaches and Team Managers.The timetable will be distributed with the AGM Agenda at the beginning of February 2013.{jcomments off}
