Umpire Coaches Sought for 2012

NOMINATIONS for umpire coaching positions on the Senior Community Team for 2012 are now open.

Umpires are sought for all three disciplines: field, boundary and goal. Umpires wishing to continue umpiring whilst also assisting in coaching at training or match day can be catered for.

We are also looking for those who are interested in assisting with the coaching of club based umpires and also for those who may wish to assist solely at training.

Nominations Close Friday the 2nd of December.

Those wishing to nominate are asked to send a letter to Glenn Omodei, Metropolitan Community Umpire Manager at gomodei@wafc.com.au outlining the following:

– What type of role they are interested in ?

– Their umpiring and coaching background ?

– What they feel they can bring to the team ?

Those returning coaches do not need to complete a letter but should contact Glenn Omodei to express interest if they haven’t already done so.

Please contact Glenn Omodei if you have any questions or would like to speak in more detail about the roles on offer or your interest.
