The match pitted fifth placed Coolbinia West Perth against second placed Canning Vic Park South Perth, though Coolbinia went into the game with a full head of steam after winning two cut throat finals against Bassendean and Quinns in the lead up to the Preliminary.

Awaiting the winner of the match is a spot in the 2011 C2 Grand Final against Ocean Ridge, as well as promotion to the C1 grade in 2012.
